Esther and Mike Vazquez are realtors with Century 21 Masters. When they changed offices last year they lost their Team Vazquez website. Even though C21 offered its agents free hosting, the tools provided to build a website were rather complicated so they sought out a website designer to build the website for them.

Content would have to be hosted on the C21 agent hosting framework. There would be a need to use a customer property search, custom pages would have to built, and a custom header that fit the strict framework guidelines would have to be made. All content had to be written and placed in the most effective manner possible.

It’s important to note here. This site was build on the Century21 website framework. There is very little that can be done to make the site look dynamic. My advice for realtors is to build your own website with your own hosting account and link to it from your brokers site.
